About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Technicians to support the daily warehouse operations at our Clients site located in the Bowen Basin Region, QLD!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct prestart checks and hazard inspections
- Safely operate warehouse machinery, whilst maintaining a clean & safe work area
- Reporting of hazards, incidents and safety observations
- Accurately receive and inspect inbound deliveries, conduct stock take and ensuring any discrepancies have been documented
- Preparation of materials for delivery or collection
- Secure and store materials, ensuring clear labelling and compliance of hazardous goods
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist in supplier payment processes
- Track and dispatch items for repair, return or warranty
- Complete required documentation and prepare materials for transport, including coordination of freight logistics
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Technician in a Mining Environment (Underground preferred)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of stores and supply documentation and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier results
- Experience using SAP is essential
- Current Forklift Licence
- Current Standard 11 & QLD Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
