About the Role

One Key Resources are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our client on a mine site located in Emerald, QLD.

The Warehouse Coordinator manages warehouse operations by resolving transactional discrepancies, overseeing the handling of repairable materials, processing urgent freight requests, managing waste and redundancy transactions, monitoring site fuel levels, participating in planning meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting area inspections, and handling end-of-month transactions and accruals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
  • Generate requisitions and create RFQ documents
  • Print RFQ documents and place in tray
  • Arrange contractor collections and complete GDA
  • Review and update open requisitions with repair quotes
  • Follow up on outstanding requisition updates
  • Identify critical repairable spares with low stock and no open requisitions or POs
  • Liaise with department stakeholders regarding missing repairable cores
  • Review and action waste-related emails
  • Create permits to remove redundant items from site
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and update proceeds register
  • Create requests for invoices for items sold/to be sold
  • Conduct waste audits
  • Organise urgent freight requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Manage freight reconciliation data entry and EOM freight journal entry
  • Monitor onsite fuel tank levels and process diesel requirements
  • Book diesel deliveries and enter GR into SAP, data entry into Aveva
  • Liaise with Commercial BP for EOM fuel reconciliation

Skills and Experience

  • Previous SAP experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Exposure and understanding on Repairables Management
  • Exposure and understanding on freight and fuel scheduling
  • High analytical problem-solving skills
