About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Tractor Operator to join our sweet potato farm near Elliott Heads. You’ll be operating John Deere 7000–8000 series tractors, so proven experience with these models is essential. The role involves consistent work with early starts, requiring precision driving in straight lines and careful use of three-point linkage equipment. A safety-first attitude, reliability, and attention to detail are key. This is a hands-on role on a high-producing farm with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience with John Deere 7000–8000 series tractors
- HR licence, forklift ticket, own transport
- Full Australian work rights
