One Key Resources is a specialist provider of Managed Workforce and Labour Hire solutions to the Mining and Infrastructure Industries. An employer of choice, One Key Resources employs Open Cut and Underground Operators, Tradespeople and Support Staff at close to 70 locations across Australia.

About the Role:

One Key Resources is currently recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for our client, Thiess, at a mine site 19 km north of Dysart. In this role, you will utilize your skills on various machinery, contributing to the production side of mining. You will also enjoy exclusive accommodation for mine employees, conveniently located just a 20-minute bus ride from the site and within walking distance of all the amenities Dysart has to offer.

The successful candidate will have experience operating in coal production mining, operating Haul Trucks + 2 additional skills from the list below:

  • Haul Trucks (CAT 789/793/797 or KOM 830E/930E) or equivalent
  • Dozers – (D10/D11)
  • Graders – (16/24)
  • Water Trucks – (CAT 777)
  • Excavators – (Liebherr 9400/996/9800/9600)

Additional Requirements:

  • SSE signed training transcripts to reflect competencies
  • Standard 11 or willing to obtain
  • Proof of Australian working rights
  • Current Drivers Licence


  • Fantastic pay rate on offer – $71.62/hr
  • Weekly pays with superannuation paid on all rostered hours
  • 7/7 roster rotating days/nights – 12.5 hour shifts
