About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for Mechanical Fitters who thrive in a team with a great culture, love a challenge, and are passionate about delivering quality, on-time solutions to customers. This role is ideal for trade-qualified, quality-conscious tradesperson with proven experience working on Sewage Treatment Plants.

Responsibilities:

  • Welding light fabrication
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Installing Penstocks and Rotork Valves
  • Installing pipework, platforms, and handrails
  • Using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Workshop duties as required
  • Occasional work on other sites

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in mechanical fitting (Post Trade – 5 years minimum)
  • Current Construction White Card
  • Hep A, B, and Tetanus vaccinations
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space tickets (preferred)
  • Forklift and Telehandler tickets (advantageous)
  • Your own basic hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
