About the role
As an MC Road Train Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of heavy road transport vehicles and heavy-duty equipment for our client, Mineral Resources, on site in Weipa. Operating Kenworth C509/C510’s (18speed) quad and triple configuration side tippers, in a safe and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe operation of MC heavy combination trucks (side tipper)
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Complete reports and documentation accurately
Requirements
- Hold a current MC Unrestricted Licence
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Proven experience within Mining or heavy transport industry operating quad and triple side tippers
- Driven and motivated with a high commitment to quality of work, safety and your teammates
- Ability to undergo a Mineral, Mining & Quarry medical assessment with DAS
- You will be required to provide a National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
