About the Role:
We’re seeking reliable Factory Hands with industrial workshop experience to join a busy team in Salisbury. You’ll be working in a dusty workshop environment, cleaning galvanised burrs off hold-down cages and assisting with general production tasks. Duties include using wire brushes, hand grinders, and various hand tools, with occasional use of oxy equipment and threading machines.

Requirements:
- Previous exposure to industrial workshop settings
- Experience with wire brushing, deburring, and hand/power tools
- Willingness to work in a dusty environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must have own transport and a current driver’s licence
- Available for ongoing work
- Ability to follow instructions and complete general duties as required
