About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for reliable and multi-skilled Civil Labourers to join our growing team! If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors on a variety of tasks – this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- General labouring and site clean-up across active worksites
- Assisting machine operators with daily operations
- Trenching, spotting, and dismantling temporary structures
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment

What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable and versatile operator with a strong work ethic
- RIW (Rail Industry Worker) and SARC (Safely Access the Rail Corridor) cards
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Working at Heights and Plant Operator tickets are highly regarded
- Physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
